After an extensive development process, Cool Machines designed the Vacuum Saver device which significantly extends the life of vacuum blades, chambers, engines & collection bags.

This innovative technology features a deflecting particle accelerator process that separates & removes an amazing 99% of all solid objects from dry or damp fiber streams before contacting any vacuum components. Many foreign objects such as roof removal debris, stones, nails, tools, and miscellaneous construction materials are concealed with insulation while removing fiber out from floors & attics. It is next to impossible for operators to avoid these types of problems.

Objects may cause severe damage to fan impellers, chambers as the shock load may damage the engine. Most often, what happens is damage to the high speed impeller blade. Even the smallest objects may bend & fracture welds located on the blade which may result in an imbalance on the impeller. This can result in shorter bearing life as well as premature engine failure which can be very costly. Similarly concerning wall spray - damp recycle fiber with debris which is vacuumed back into blowing machines may cause machine lockup or a damaged airlock seal.
